San Andreas, CA...Calaveras Community TV is located in San Andreas, CA. We are a non-profit organization which helps facilitate the local studio and air original community programming to your home. The goals for PEG Access Television are to promote free speech, foster diverse points of view, encourage communications, create opportunities, encourage artistic expression, expand educational access, and promote participatory democracy in order to strengthen the spirit of the communities and enrich the lives of our residents and visitors.

VAlley Springs, CA...Shirley Anne George was born on February 27, 1936 to Raymond and Lucille Meyers. She passed away after a battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. She was 79 years old. Shirley worked as a restaurant server and was a member of Tri Lakes Baptist Church. She was active in church activities and Bingo.

Angels Camp, CA...Last night at Frogtown the sold out dinner and overflowing Mark Twain Hall proved yet again why Calaveras County and rural small town America are the best places to have bad stuff happen. Calaveras High Men's Basketball Coach Kraig Clifton is fighting Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer. Kraig and his family know for certain that they are not in this fight alone. In our area when someone faces one of life's battles they fight with not only family and close friends but in many instances entire communities behind them. Kraig who starred for Sonora High & Columbia College as a player before his Calaveas High Coaching career knows he and his family have Calaveras, Tuolumne counties and more are firmly behind them.
