San Andreas, CA....May 1, 2013 Mark Twain Medical Center (MTMC) Hospital President Craig Marks announced that Ian Renner, MD, will serve patients at the Mark Twain Medical Center Specialty Care Clinic for Gastroenterology and Hepatitis on the hospital campus in San Andreas. Valley Springs, Ca... Tragedy struck our small community on Saturday, April 27th, 2013, when Leila Fowler, a beautiful 8-year-old little girl, was killed in her Valley Springs home. As news of this tragedy spread throughout Valley Springs and beyond, friends and family rallied to help her family get through this horrible time.
