Editor's Note: With most fires multiple agencies including Local, State and on some fires Federal resources will be working a fire. Since CAL-FIRE's Tuolumne - Calaveras Unit headquarters in San Andreas handles dispatch for Fire and Medical aids (With the exception of incidents on USFS Land) you will see their name most of the time as the contact point for information on incidents. This is not to diminish the contributions and in some cases where local resources make up the bulk of the resources on an incident. Just thought we would pass this along...Looks like it will be a busy fire season yet again this year. If you do photos of an incident please send them to News@ThePineTree.net...
We would like to Thank Dave Webb for the early season shots of 404 doing some bucket work this afternoon. Lets be careful our there everyone. This year is shaping up to be a dry one... (Update...Calaveras County Supervisor Darren Spellman sent in a photo as well and it is enclosed...)
