San Andreas, CA..Lynne Cecelia Brown died in her home at Oak Shadows Mob1e Home Park in San Andreas on April 28, 2014 at age 67. Lynne was born in San Francisco on June 6,1947 to Ross Alan & Myra Johnson. Lynne loved living in Aptos Ca. She graduated from Watsonville High School in 1964, and worked for the telephone co. for many years. Lynne married Delbert (Del) Brown of Paloma Ca. on Jan. 5 1985. She then worked at Toyon Middle School for many years...

I am the only candidate for Department 2 who as a Criminal Prosecutor has dedicated his professional career to public safety, victims’ rights and seeking justice for all. Married to my best friend Rachel, we are raising our children here in Calaveras. I have lived here for over 11 years, and my wife over 23. An avid sportsman, I am active in Cub Scouts, a coach for Calaveras Youth Football and Friends of Calaveras County Fair. | Valley Springs, CA...A 51 year old San Andreas man was driving V1(Toyota) on SR-12 eastbound west of SR-26 at approximately 55 MPH. P-1 fell asleep and allowed V-1 to leave the paved portion of the roadway and subsequently collided with a tree. He was transported by air Ambulance to Doctors Hospital Modesto with major injuries. The vehicle was also a complete loss due to fire. The victim was lucky he was able to self extricate or he may have perished in the fire.... |

Angels Camp, CA...The Bret Harte Boys capped off a perfect 16-0 Season on Friday with a Mother Lode League Varsity Championship on their home water. It was the best results in the team's 14 year history. The Lady Frogs hopped into second and Calaveras Boys were Third and the Girls were fourth.
