Mokelumne Hill, CA.... Rae Amorette Hansen of Mokelumne Hill, CA died Wednesday September 9, 2010 of natural causes. She was 93. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Howard in 1990 and her daughter Wendy in 2007. She was born in Santa Cruz, CA and during her childhood and the Great Depression years, moved with her mother to Burlingame, CA. to be near her sister and her husband. She attended Burlingame High School, where she was very popular and active in her school years and became a high school cheerleader. In 1936 she met Howard Hansen and in 1938 they were married in Belmont, CA. at a family home. Jodi was born in Long Beach, California, on March 21, 1968. She grew up in River Pines, California and graduated from Independent High School in Amador County. She later lived in Fair Oaks and Folsom, California, with her son Zachary Cavagnaro-Jackson while taking care of people with every kind of disability imagined. Murphys, CA....Rosemarie met the love of her life, George Mason, when she lived in Murphys in 1991. They moved down to Tracy and married in 1993. Upon their retirement in 1998 they moved back to Murphys, the place she loved to live. They enjoyed traveling and their very comfortable life here in the Motherlode. 42 Year Old San Andreas Resident, Jodi Jackson Loses Her Life in Hwy 49 Collision Last Night

Angels Camp, CA...42 year old Jodi Jackson was driving her 2007 Chevrolet in the Southbound traffic lane of Hwy 49 at approximately 55mph. A 52 year old San Andreas Women was driving her 2003 F150 in the Northbound lane at approximately 60mph. When Jackson for some unknown reason, momentarily applied her brakes forcefully without steering input. She then released the brake and swerved to the right extreme of the lane. Her Chevrolet then swerved back to the left and entered the Northbound traffic lane. The driver of the second vehicle observed her entering her lane and was unable to take evasive action....

San Andreas, CA....The celebration for life for Dale Jones will be on Thursday 09/16/2010 time is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.at the San Andreas Fire Dept address is 47 church hill in San Andreas. This will be a pot luck event so please bring food if you can. Please do to regulations we will not be able to have any alcohol there so please do not bring any thanks. Eulogy will be @ 6pm.....

Iva Hughes Florist November 10, 1925 – September 4, 2010

Iva was the daughter of Bertha and Aldo Barnett of Campbell, Ca. She was born in Wichita, KS and raised in Campbell, and moved to Arnold where they opened “Daffy’s Roost” Restaurant at Cedar Center in 1980 –1991 with her late husband Cecil. Iva was well known for making her “Taco Salads” and “Taco Pockets”, which many considered the best in the county. Iva was co-owner of Blooms and Things Florist with her daughter Vicki McFall, which they have owned for 25 years. She has been an avid bowler for over 60 years and bowled for the “Morning Rollers” League on the “Blooms and Things” Team at Sonora Family Bowl. At the age of 82 yrs. she had the highest women’s game score of the season for the “Morning Rollers” League with a 242 game. ....
