Arnold, CA...Below is a picture of an older black and brown colored male dog who recently showed up in our neighborhood. He appears to be a mix of Black Lab and maybe a spoonful of pit. He has white toes on all four feet and has therefore been named Mr. Twinkle-Toes until we find out what his owners actually call him. He is currently trying to set up his household in the upper areas of the Meadowmont subdivision in the upper Fairway neighborhood. He needs to return back where he actually lives in real life.

Angels Camp, CA...On today's show, David discusses pairing cheeses and wines together and Jenny cooks up a delightful cheese fondue. Elémentaire is the creation of two professional cooks dedicated to helping take the mystery out of making delicious meals from scratch. Our goal is to educate through the use of culinary terms and techniques and also inspire, through the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients, all who watch to make their own meals to enjoy at home.
