Bear Valley, CA...Hey Good People! 1" overnight for a total of 12" for the current system in the last 48hrs. Todays high will be around 36F with SSW winds from 14-26mph. Less than 1" of snow is expected to fall today. Sunday into Monday we could pick up another 9-15" depending on timing and then the warm front arrives on Tuesday and snow levels could rise up to Pass levels. White Pines, CA...The Flea Market is our only fundraiser for the year. The proceeds provide for maintenance of the building and grounds. It is always held on the first full weekend in August. Donations to the Flea Market are accepted all year.

Arnold, CA...A new storm system will roll through the next few days. Along the West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada it should feel like a cake walk after the last systems. At higher elevations it should put a fresh coat of white on everything for the upcoming weekend. Today Partly cloudy in the morning then becoming mostly cloudy. Highs 37 to 51 higher elevations...48 to 58 lower elevations. Prevailing southeast winds 5 to 15 mph. Tonight Mostly cloudy. At lower elevations, a slight chance of rain in the evening, then a chance of rain and snow after midnight. At higher elevations, a slight chance of rain and snow in the evening, then a chance of rain and snow after midnight. Lows 22 to 37 higher elevations...34 to 40 lower elevations. No snow accumulation lower elevations...up to 2 inches higher elevations. Snow level 5500 feet. Prevailing southeast winds 5 to 15 mph with gusts to around 35 mph...except south 15 to 30 mph over ridges.
