HAPPY ANNIVERSARY PEGGY AND ROGER!

Posted by: Kim_Hamilton on 01/26/2009 08:44 PM
Arnold, CA....Peggy and Roger met on Pearl Harbor Day 1975. "We have a 24 year age difference which created some family tension. When we were married in 1980 I told everyone that we would have a party in 2000 to prove all the nay sayers wrong! We had a huge party at Lakemont Pines in January 2000. I raised my glass and said "told ya' so" to a crowd of 100 family and friends. It was THE party of 2000 and the talk of the town, for a day or two! We moved to Arnold in 1987. It was our 7th anniversary the day the moving truck arrived. The first snowflake fell as the last piece of furniture came off the moving truck.....

Units were able to respond quickly and contained the fire to the left twenty-five percent of the building. Although the building wasn't a total loss three business were severely effected by the smoke damage. Many people believe the heat and flames is the main destructive force in a structure fire, however the dangers of smoke damage can be far more worse.....

Posted by: Kim_Hamilton on 01/19/2009 09:35 PM
Peg and Roger and are celebrating our 22nd anniversary in Arnold this week. "Since tomorrow is such a historical day we wanted to be a part of the Murphys celebration, but I have to avoid crowds. We followed your link in the article & look at our beautiful sweatshirts and caps~ they were just delivered to us by a close friend. We feel connected to the community by wearing them and sharing in such a historic day on some level. Thanks again to the PineTree.Net for helping us stay connected to our extended community."

In all things important--be well
