San Andreas, CA...The proposed noise ordinance that would give local law enforcement more tools to keep the peace and ensure the quiet here in Calaveras County. A draft of the ordinance is enclosed. This is the publicly available one and does not reflect the final version as of yet.

San Andreas, CA...The Calaveras County Supervisors and the Calaveras Planning Commission will meet tomorrow at 9am for a special study session meeting to discuss special event permitting in the county. STUDY SESSION: The Board will hold a joint study session with the Planning Commission regarding the Zoning Code regulations for Special Events, including various options to enhance business opportunities and economic development.
