Sonora, CA...We are coming to you live from Dunleavy Field in Sonora Tonight. This a Bret Harte "Home" game as their new field gets completed. JV Unfortunately dropped their game. Announcing will be handled tonight by the Stadium announcer Michael Goldberg. Bret Harte leads 12-7 with 5 minutes left in the half. At the half in San Andreas, Bear River is up over the Skins 3-0. Annual Mother Lode Wine & Art Festival Continues to Gain Momentum Every Year!

Arnold, CA...The Motherlode Wine & Art Festival which benefits the Calaveras Humane Society, had it's 4th successful run on Saturday. The event filled the Cedar Center with Live music, Great Art and yummy food by Tallahan's and Uncle Mike's BBQ. Many Calaveras Wineries had booths and offered tastings along with many Humane Society Volunteers staffing Wine Tasting Booths from 2-5pm The event was free...

Murphys, CA...Last weekend's Passport event for our local wine industry was a sellout. Calaveras Winegrape Alliance Executive Director Anna Davies said that all 500 of the Passports were sold. The festivities started off at Murphys Community Park on Friday night and then many of the Wineries had special events planned throughout the weekend. When we spoke with Anna one of the things she mentioned that over 400 of the passport holders stayed for the entire weekend. The economic benefit from this is significant in that...

San Andreas, CA...The MSTJ Summer Health Career Camps are back for another great year. The first class to attend last week was honored on Friday at a graduation luncheon. The camp is for local juniors and seniors in high school that are interested in pursuing a career in health care.
