Angels Camp, CA.....Last year Bret Harte vs. Calaveras football game was up for voting at KCRA and was voted game of the week. Reporters came out and videotaped the game and showed replays during the evening news. This year Bret Harte and Calaveras have been chosen to be on the voting ballet at http://sacramento.highschoolplaybook.com/. Visit the KCRA website and vote for our local high schools. Scroll down to poll: What should be the game of the week, Friday November 14th? Voting ends November 12th at 9pm. As of 10:48am this morning Bret Harte had received 12,084 votes and has 8% of the votes. With two schools over 40% of the votes we need your help. Angels Camp, CA...Jeremy Leonard & Scott Soracco joined us on Friday night to add "play by play" to our broadcasts. They will be back next week as well to Bring you the 2008 playing of the Big Game. We would like to thank them for assisting us! Friday night the Frogs did come up on the short end of the score but they were able to move the sticks and Joe O'Gorman drove in a couple of field goals including another strike of over 40 yards. Game replay footage is enclosed...

The Angels Murphys Arnold Boosters Club Youth Snowsports program supports the involvement of Calaveras County kids in a range of winter sports activities and helps them build active life-long skills. Now in its second year, the effort will expand to serve more schools on the Ebbetts Pass corridor as well as funding athlete participation in the competitive team program at Bear Valley Mountain Resort.....
