Elémentaire is the creation of two professional cooks dedicated to helping take the mystery out of making delicious meals from scratch. Our goal is to educate through the use of culinary terms and techniques and also inspire, through the use of the freshest seasonal ingredients, all who watch to make their own meals to enjoy at home. Stockton, CA...Enclosed is the Weekly Road Report 11/24-30/13 for the Caltrans District 10 area which is a good portion of ThePineTree.net's coverage area. Some of it may be a bit more applicable when you are traveling down in the valley but we thought overall it was useful enough to post in it's entirety. It has scheduled road repairs, construction and maintanence scedules and delays for the area. The third column in shows the county where the delays will occur. Below is a map of District 10 if you are not familiar with the different Caltrans Districts
