Russ Thomas Appointed To CCWD Board |

San Andreas, CA...On Wednesday January 11, the CCWD Board of Directors voted 3-0-1 to appoint Russ Thomas as the Division 4 Director. Division four covers the areas along Highway 4 from Copperopolis to Douglas Flat. Thomas will serve the two years remaining in former CCWD Director Dennis Mills’ term. Mills was elected as Calaveras County Supervisor for District 4 and resigned from the CCWD Board in early January.

Guest speaker will be Dan “Doc” Ward, a well-known Placer County bonsai expert, who resides in Granite Bay. His presentation will follow the club’s monthly meeting at 10:00 a.m. in the San Andreas Central Library, 1299 Gold Hunter Road (off Mountain Ranch Road) in San Andreas.
