PAWS Agrees to Build a Permanent Home for Seized Bull Elephant, Ned

San Andreas, CA....Plans are already underway at PAWS to expand the ARK2000 Bull elephant habitat. On Saturday, November 8, Ned, a severely underweight 21-year-old captive born, male Asian elephant, was confiscated by the USDA. He was confiscated from a circus trainer for failure to comply with the Animal Welfare Act....

Calaveras County, CA....We just spoke with Karen Varni. They have finished counting all but the provisional ballots, which there are not very many of. Gary Tofanelli comes in with 2,364 votes, McDaniel 2004. Lee Seaton 2,198, Tom Tryon 2,367. So as of now, nothing has changed and Tofanelli and Tryon are triumphant. If needed more updates to come. Sutter Creek, CA...American Legion provides Ambulance Service to Amador & Calaveras Counties. They employ over 80 Paramedics, EMT-I's and Registered Nurses. Missing Aircraft has Been Located in Wallace Area Near Lake Camanche (Official Sheriffs Press Release Now Enclosed)

Wallace, CA....We just spoke with Director of Calaveras County OES, Captain Clay Hawkins, they have apparently located the aircraft wreckage. The location of the plane is about 50 feet from Lake Camanche shoreline in the Camanche Parkway area.....

Mountain Ranch, CA....A Mountain Ranch woman suffered only a small cut to the forehead after her vehicle overturned onto its roof onto asphalt roadway this morning. This solo vehicle collision occurred at Mountain Ranch and Black Creek Trail Road at approximately 9:00am this morning. She did not require transport as she was very lucky. CHP release enclosed....
