San Andreas Community Covenant Church Seeks Community Support for ‘Christmas for Kids’ |
Posted by: thepinetree on 11/22/2017 02:23 PM

San Andreas, CA...The San Andreas Community Covenant Church (SACCC) is seeking community support to provide shoeboxes filled with necessities and additional items for 185 school aged children that attend San Andreas Elementary. “Our church recognizes that this may be the only Christmas gift that some of these children will receive this year,” stated Pastor Kevin Diamond for the SACCC. “Since arriving here almost two years ago, my wife and I have been so impressed by the generosity of this community. Our church felt that we should let others know that we are once again committed to providing love and cheer to these children. One of our community members, who is also an active member of SACCC has recently retired, and “Christmas for Kids’ has been a passion of hers. SACCC is grateful and happy to support Ingrid for her vision and organization of this much needed community outreach. The need is higher this year than in past years, so we wanted to extend the invitation to anyone that can join us in supporting our efforts for Christmas for Kids.”

Rancho Calaveras, CA...A family history of heart disease has made Dick Brown of Rancho Calaveras pay more attention to his health than most men.
