Calaveras County, CA...The Calaveras County Airport is thrilled to announce the return of its highly anticipated annual Airport Day, set to take place at the Calaveras County Airport – Maury Rasmussen Field on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 10 am until 3 pm. The public is invited to explore the captivating world of aviation, with free admission granting access to an array of aircraft displayed on the airport grounds.

Angels Camp, CA...Kristopher Mandell has an international art education. He received his BA in Art History while at San Francisco State University where he studied abroad at the University of Amsterdam and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia. He received his MA in Art History from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. He is currently the Executive Director of the Calaveras County Historical Society and the Director of the County Museums located in San Andreas.

Angels Camp, CA...From the days when the land was only inhabited by the Mi Wok people to its rich history anchored in the Gold Rush of 1849 and the 88 days Mark Twain stayed in the area, Calaveras County still harkens back to simpler times, even in the midst of modern progress. In Calaveras, many great strides have been made to continue the important preservation of the area’s history for generations to come. Summer on Stage is headed into its second year of conservatory style actor training. Actors aged 9-17 are encouraged to embark on a 6-week journey through a myriad of subjects surrounding theatrical production.
