38 Year Old Woman Arrested on Attempted Kidnapping, Resisting Arrest & More

Sonora, CA...On 11/16/2020 at about 9 A.M., our office received a call that a female was attempting to climb over the fence at a local pre-school. The staff of the pre-school were able to put the school on lockdown prior to our arrival. When the first Officer arrived on scene, he located 38-year-old transient, Stephanie Grimaldi. Grimaldi refused to follow the commands of the Officer, and a struggle ensued. During the confrontation, Grimaldi attempted to take the Officer’s firearm. Grimaldi was eventually taken into custody. The officer was later treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Drugs Seized & Several Arrested During Trespassing Call at Black Oak Casino

Tuolumne, CA...Monday morning, deputies responded to the Black Oak Casino parking garage for a report of 25-year-old Blaze Garner of Tuolumne trespassing. Prior to our deputy’s arrival, they were informed Blaze had several warrants for his arrest.

Governor Gavin Newsom announced on November 13th, 2020 that the appointment of 19 California superior court judges, which include one in Butte County, 10 in Los Angeles County, one in Orange County, two in Riverside County, two in San Bernardino County, two in San Francisco County and one in Ventura County.

Burbank Couple Found Murdered Along Hwy 395 North of Bridgeport.

Bridgeport, CA...The victims have been identified as husband and wife, William Adrian Larsen, age 35, and Yesenia Larsen, age 30, both from Burbank, California. On November 9, 2020, just before 6:30 a.m., a Cal Trans snowplow driver observed two bodies on the shoulder of Highway 395, approximately 10 miles north of Bridgeport. The highway was immediately closed, and personnel from the Mono County Sheriffs’ Office (MCSO) and California Highway Patrol (CHP) quickly responded to investigate. It was determined that the man and woman had been murdered, and MCSO has taken the lead on the homicide investigation.
