Sonora, CA... On 3/5/15 about 2:00 A.M. Tuolumne County Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle Mono Way near Hess Avenue. The Deputies contacted the occupants of the vehicle, 39 year old Kimberly Hubbard, and 58 year old, Lonnie Pierce. During this contact a search of the vehicle, and each occupant was completed. Moderate Injuries In Hwy 4 Accident

Arnold, CA....This morning at 11:25am a 51 year old Bear Valley man was traveling east and a 21 year old man from Forest Meadows was driving west on Hwy 4 near Red Tail Hawk Drive when the accident occurred. The Murphys resident turned his 2003 Toyota in front of the Toyota Tundra driven by the Bear Valley resident. The driver of the Tundra braked but was unable to avoid a broadside collision...

Oakdale Man Arrested On Under Age Sex, Human Trafficking & Other Charges

Oakdale, CA...On Feb. 2nd, 2015, Detectives with the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Daniel Leon Clifton at his residence in Oakdale. Clifton was arrested after a 2 month long investigation into his alleged relationship with an underage female who resided in Tuolumne County. The relationship is suspected to have lasted for longer than two years. Clifton was arrested on more than 10 counts including unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, oral copulation, human trafficking, and many charges related to the manufacturing and exchanging of obscene images and videos. Clifton is currently in custody at the Tuolumne County Jail and being held on a $500,000 bail...

James Lantry Found Alive In Wooded Area

Arnold, CA...On 02/25/15 at about 1:50pm today, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Department has located missing person James Francis Lantry alive. James Lantry was found in a wooded area in the Blue Lake Springs sub-division. Lantry’s medical condition is unknown at this time. Medical personnel have been dispatched to the area to check on Lantry...

Search Is On For Missing Arnold Man...Updated Wearing Blue Sweatshirt

Arnold, CA...(Update...Not located yet as of 7am) Calaveras Sheriff Department is currently conducting a search for a missing Arnold man 83 year old Jim Lantry. He left his residence in Pinebrook area on foot at approximately 4 pm and has not returned. He is 6 foot tall about 165 pounds gray hair brown eyes, last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue jeans. If you have information regarding this subject please contact Calaveras Sheriff at 209-754-6500. UPDATE as of 9:54pm...We stopped by the Pinbrook Clubhouse that is serving as a command post for the search. The full Calaveras County Search & Rescue Team and teams of deputies are doing a grid search of the area. They are covering lots of ground but as of this time Mr. Lantry has still not been located.

Crime Spree & Arrest In Tuolumne County

Sonora, CA...During the morning of 20 February 2015, Christopher Warfield, 37 of Oakdale, was released from the Tuolumne County Jail, where he had been booked by the Sheriff’s Department on a warrant and for tampering with a vehicle. Warfield is on felony probation out of Stanislaus County for numerous violations, including burglary and possession of stolen property....

San Andreas, CA...Early this morning at 3:25am Reanna Renee Silveira a 30 year old San Andreas woman was driving her 2001 Honda Accord on northbound on Hwy 49 South of Gold Strike Road. She was driving at an unknown rate of speed and for an unknown reason she lost control of her vehicle and left the roadway and collided with a dirt embankment. The impact caused her vehicle to overturn and collide with the roadway. She sustained fatal injuries as a result of the accident....
