Stockton Man Flown to Memorial Hospital after Motorcycle Crash on Hwy 26 |

Mokelumne Hill, CA...Inman was driving his Kawasaki motorcycle east on SR-26 at 30 to 35 miles per hour. For an unknown reason he allowed his vehicle to drift to the right and leave the roadway. The vehicle continued to the right and struck a uphill dirt embankment. This impact caused the motorcycle to overturn and Inman was thrown from the vehicle, onto the roadway.

Overturned Vehicle Collision in Copperopolis on July 20th |

Copperopolis, CA...Boutelle was driving south approaching the other vehicles. Rinaldi was driving north in front of Pascual. Boutelle allowed his vehicle to cross the solid double yellow lines and into the path of Rinaldi. The left side of Boutelle's vehicle struck the left rear of Rinaldi's vehicle. This impact caused Rinaldi to lose control of his vehicle and it overturned twice. Boutelle's vehicle continued and collided with the front of Pascual's vehicle.

Major Injuries to Campbell Woman in Hwy 4 Collision |

Angels Camp, CA....On 07/22/2019 at approximately 1552 hours, Stockton Communication Center (STCC) received a report of a solo motorcycle traffic collision. Upon arrival it was determined that a 44 year old Campbell Woman was traveling on eastbound SR-4 west of Pool Station Road, at an undetermined speed. She was coming around a curve in the roadway, and for unknown reasons left the south side of the roadway. Her motorcycle continued off the roadway, through a barbwire fence, and came to rest down a small embankment.

Two Marijuana Grows Eradicated on July 17 in Mountain Ranch Area |

Mountain Ranch, CA...On July 17, 2019, members of the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team served a search warrant for illegal marijuana cultivation at a residence in the 300 block of De Moss Lane, Mountain Ranch. Investigators found an illegal outdoor marijuana growing operation and seized 1,074 marijuana plants. The suspects were not at the location at the time of the warrant; however, evidence seized from the scene is still being examined the investigation is ongoing.

A Dispute Between Neighbors Ends with a BB Gun Shooting & Arrest |

Sonora, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Office..."On Wednesday morning, our office received a 911 call from a man reporting his neighbor had shot him in the face with a BB gun. Deputies and medical personnel responded to the man’s home on Columbia River Dr. in Sonora and learned that 62-year-old Ronald Easton shot at his neighbor twice, striking him once above his eye. Easton admitted the two men have had conflicts in the past and he shot him with a BB gun. The victim was transported to Adventist Health for treatment where he suffered a sinus fracture.

Modesto Man Arrested on DUI & Other Charges after Early Morning High Speed Chase |

Jamestown, CA...On July 19, 2019, at approximately 2:30am, CHP officers were advised to be on the look-out for a white Chevrolet Camaro that was driving recklessly on eastbound State Route 108 at the Yosemite Junction. Approximately 10 minutes later, a CHP unit located the vehicle traveling northbound on State Route 49 near Fifth Avenue at a high rate of speed. The CHP unit attempted to make an enforcement stop on the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro that was being driven by Jose Miguel Lopez, a 28-year-old male out of Modesto. Mr. Lopez failed to comply and accelerated to speeds over 100 miles per hour.

Moderate & Minor Injuries in Hwy 120 Traffic Collision |

Sonora, CA...On July 18, 2019, at approximately 4:30 pm, Violet Auxildadora Baker, a 78-year-old female out of Sonora, was driving her 2006 Ford Escape eastbound on State Route 120, east of La Grange Road at approximately 55 miles per hour. At that same time, Seth Michael Smith, a 38-year-old male out of Oakdale, was driving his 2011 Chevrolet pickup westbound on State Route 120, east of La Grange Road at approximately 55 miles per hour. For an unknown reason, Ms. Baker allowed her vehicle to drift over the double yellow lines into the westbound lane directly in front of Mr. Smith’s vehicle.
