Murphys, CA... Blü Egyptian Live at Murphy's Irish Pub Tonight at 7PM!! $5 Admission. West Coast indie groove sensations Blü Egyptian are a youthful quartet based out of Chico, CA. They have gained a reputation for their high energy shows with extended multi-genre jams, meaningful songwriting, and entertaining stage antics. Since the release of their first album in 2021, they have been playing every weekend across Norcal with tours to Oregon, Washington, SoCal, and Nevada promoting their original music. They started out playing college parties and breweries gaining traction everywhere they went, elevating them to Night Clubs, Festivals, and the occasional theater. With big opportunities arising daily, you can find Blü Egyptian opening for national touring acts such as The Mother Hips and The String Cheese Incident. In less than three years, Blü Egyptian has played over 200 shows, establishing themselves as one of the most promising upcoming bands on the scene. Their evergrowing fan base, known as the Blü Crü, continues to pack venues far and wide turning any room into the ultimate dance party. This creates the mystique of people not knowing who you are. This tradition goes back to the 1700’s when masks were worn to hide the identity of the party revelers. This enabled the rich, the poor and any nationality, creed or religion, one night to frolic with one another without being chastised for associating with people outside their own class. Please save the date, Saturday, January 21, 2023. The CAMS broadcast starts at 7:00 pm following cocktail hour from 6 to 7:00 pm. The Armory is located at 695 Main Street, Copperopolis.
The show will be taped and televised on community television in Calaveras, Amador, and Tuolumne Counties and also on YouTube.
After the Awards Presentation there will be entertainment by very special recipients of the awards.
The Armory will be set up with a Red Carpet reception for press and photo opportunities.
There will be limited reserve seating for the general public based on a first come, first serve availability.
Tickets go on sale December 1st @ www.creativecopperopolis.com
