According to sales data the Calaveras County Association Realtors (CCAR) reports the stabilizing of our local real estate market values continued to improve by 4.48% this past 3 months. CCAR Administrative Executive, Valerie Moon said the median sell price of a Calaveras County residential property this time last year was $165,000. This year that number has hit $210,000 so far...
