| Bear Valley Cross Country Trail Work Day Today - Oct. 11 |
Bear Valley, CA...Ever wonder what the cross country and snowshoe trails look like before the snow arrives? Join fellow Bear Valley Adventure Company enthusiasts to trim back branches, clear obstacles and help get the trails ready before winter. Afterward, a complimentary outdoor lunch will be served for participants while swapping tales and making predictions about the winter.
Details:
Meet at the Bear Valley Adventure Company at 10am on Sunday, October 11.
Wear long pants, long sleeve shirt, sun hat, face mask, leather gloves, sturdy shoes and prepare to work rain or shine.
If possible bring your own shovel, loppers, hand saws, etc. and a positive attitude!
All volunteers will be required to wear a face mask when working outside within 6 feet of another volunteer or at all times if working inside.
All volunteers must check in and sign a waiver.
A light lunch will be provided to everyone who volunteers.
