47th Annual Sierra Nevada Arts & Crafts Festival, July 6 & 7, Arnold |
The 47th Annual ‘Sierra Nevada Arts & Crafts Festival will be held over the Independence Day Weekend, July 6 & 7, in the beautiful mountain resort town of Arnold, on Highway 4. Situated among the pines and redwoods, the Festival features over 50 booths of original crafts & art of all kinds:
Woodwork, metal sculpture, yard art, pottery, jewelry, quilts, soaps & spa essentials, fine art, clothing, scarves, dolls, birdhouses/feeders, fused glass plates & windchimes, hand-painted furniture, photography, kid’s toys, hats, purses, succulents, leather, – just to name a few! – ALL exhibited by the artists. There’s gourmet foods to sample and face painting for the kids – or ‘adult’ kids.
The Ebbett’s Pass Volunteer Fire Dptm. always serves local Calaveras County beers, and a variety of home-made, hot prepared food booths, kettlekorn, pre-packaged foods of all kinds for you gourmet chefs, and baked goodies round out the deliciousness!
The annual Ebbett’s Pass Independence Day Parade will begin at 10am on Saturday, July 6, and it runs adjacent to the Festival on Hwy. 4. The Arnold Lion’s Club serves an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 7:30am - 11am both days for $9/adults; $5/kids.
AND - We’re proud to welcome back a popular musical group out of Murphys: ‘The Magnolia Rhythm Trio.’ These 3 women will have you ‘off your feet’ with their unique blend of Americana & Bluegrass harmonies.
And after the Festival ~ The Ebbett’s Pass Volunteer Fire Dptm. holds their annual tri-tip BBQ with live music on Saturday evening from 5 – 9pm ~ making for a full day of fun!
