The 42nd Annual CEDAR CENTER ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL will be held over Labor Day weekend, Sat. & Sun. - in the beautiful mountain resort town of Arnold on Highway 4 (Ebbetts Pass.) Situated among the pines and redwoods at the 4000' elevation, Arnold’s popular end-of-summer celebration features 60 booths of fine crafts, art, & gourmet foods to sample - all made by the artists themselves. Continuous shows of live country/swing music by “Homegrown” from Modesto and famous juggler Michael Taylor of ‘Catch it Quick’ will perform both days. There will also be face painting for the kids - and adult ‘kids’!
The Ebbett’s Pass Volunteer Fire Dptm. will be serving local beers, and a variety of home-made food booths & kettlekorn are offered. The Ebbett’s Pass Lion’s Clubs holds their all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast of ham, eggs, & pancakes both days from 7:30 - 11:00 ~ for just $6. A Farmer’s Market will be part of the festival each day as well ~ offering a variety of fresh local produce & baked goodies.
The Festival runs from 10am - 5pm each day at the park in Cedar Center - around ‘The Hub’- in downtown Arnold. Admission and parking are free, so come join the celebration! For ‘Mapquest’ or GPS directions, the address is 1225 Oak Circle, Arnold, CA, 95223.
