All Day Exotic Bird Show
Starting Saturday, May 26th, 2018, repeats every week on Sunday and Saturday and holidays until Sunday, September 02, 2018 — repeats every hour, all day.

Weekends and holidays at Moaning Cavern Adventure Park, 11 AM to 4 PM, every hour. Beautiful exotic birds - they talk, sing, dance and do tricks, too. Learn about their environments, care in captivity, and conservation. Great family fun!

La Grange, CA...The perfect Sunday excursion to the foothills starts with breakfast at the IOOF Hall in La Grange on the second Sunday of each month. July 8th is the date this month. Our ever-popular menu includes biscuits and gravy, sausage, ham & cheese omelets and all you can eat pancakes, all for $6, ages 6 to 12 are $3, 5 and under are free. Complimentary coffee and orange juice round out the meal, served from 8 to 11 am courtesy of the Lafayette Lodge #65 Odd Fellows.


The Lafayette Lodge has several more summer events coming up. Don’t miss the Third Annual IOOF Lodge #65 Car Show at the Old La Grange School Park, Saturday July 21st 9 am to 3 pm. 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM 46th Annual Sierra Nevada Arts & Crafts Festival, July 7 & 8, Arnold
The 46th Annual ‘Sierra Nevada Arts & Crafts Festival will be held over the Independence Day Weekend, July 7 & 8, in the beautiful mountain resort town of Arnold, on Highway 4.

Situated among the pines and redwoods, the Festival features over 50 booths of original crafts & art of all kinds:

Woodwork, metal sculpture, yard art, pottery, jewelry, quilts, soaps & spa essentials, fine art, clothing, scarves, dolls, birdhouses/feeders, fused glass plates & windchimes, hand-painted furniture, photography, kid’s toys, hats, purses, succulents, leather, – just to name a few! – ALL exhibited by the artists. There’s gourmet foods to sample and face painting for the kids – or ‘adult’ kids.

The annual Ebbett’s Pass Independence Day Parade will begin at 10am on Saturday, July 7, and it runs adjacent to the Festival on Hwy. 4. The Ebbett’s Pass Lion’s Club serves an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 7:30am - 11am both days for just $8.

AND - We’re proud to welcome back a popular musical group out of Murphys: ‘The Magnolia Rhythm Trio.’ These 3 women will have you ‘off your feet’ with their unique blend of Americana & Bluegrass harmonies. The Ebbett’s Pass Volunteer Fire Dptm. always serves local Calaveras County beers, and a variety of home-made, hot prepared food booths, kettlekorn, pre-packaged foods of all kinds for you gourmet chefs, and baked goodies round out the deliciousness!

And if you don’t want to cook after a long day at the Festival ~ The Ebbett’s Pass Volunteer Fire Dptm. also holds their annual tri-tip BBQ with live music on Saturday evening from 6 – 9pm ~ making for a full day of fun!
