Join us for one hour to learn about the Calaveras Youth Mentoring Program- we will give you an in-depth view of the role of a mentor and how to start the application process! No commitment required. We rely on informed community members to spread the word about mentoring in Calaveras County!
Our goal is to offer concrete, one-to-one support to youth in setting and achieving personal goals and maximizing their potential. You can help!

State Department of Insurance Town Hall Meeting With State of California Insurance Commissioner Rica
San Andreas, CA...State Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara and his staff will host a Town Hall Meeting on Monday September 16, 2019 at 6 pm. The Town Hall will be held at San Andreas Town Hall, 24 Church Hill Road, San Andreas, CA. The Insurance Commissioner will present about the current state of getting and maintaining homeowner’s insurance in the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI). This informational discussion will provide statewide trend data, consumer protection laws update and risk reduction through prevention and mitigation. The public is invited to attend and share personal experiences with insurance nonrenewal and rate increases with the Commissioner and his staff.
