Halloween In Columbia-Ghosts, Mystics and Urban Legends Paranormal Conference
Please join us at Columbia State Historic Park on October 26, 27 & 28, 2012 and celebrate a family oriented Halloween in the best way possible. There will be many places to investigate for paranormal activity on Saturday night including the infamous McConnell house. It is very rare for anyone to be able to enter the McConnell house for ghost hunting we are very excited for the opportunity. We will also have speakers on a variety of paranormal topics, a Mystic Faire and Marketplace and other events that will take place throughout the weekend. Some will have a cost and some will be free. It is also the weekend for Trick-or-Treating in Columbia and Illumination of Jack O'Lanterns when the streets will be filled with strolling musicians, storytellers and reenactments with illuminated pumpkins after the sun goes down. These activities are not only for ghost hunters, but also for their families and the general public- kids included. Teens ages 12-17 will be able to attend the lectures for $10 per person and children ages 11 and under will be admitted for free. It will be a family-friendly event at a place with something for everyone.
We invite you all to head on over to Columbia State Historic Park on October 26, 27 & 28, 2012 and celebrate a family oriented Halloween in the best way possible.
