CALAVERAS DEMOCRATS OPEN CAMPAIGN HEADQUARTERS
MOKELUMNE HILL, CA, JULY 22, 2012: Calaveras Democrats will open their 2012 Campaign Headquarters Friday, July 27 on Main Street in Mokelumne Hill and will hold a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, July 28, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
“This election is generating a lot of enthusiasm among local voters, and we’re really pleased to be able to provide a location were Calaveras residents can get information about candidates and issues right here in the county,” said Sharon Romano, chair of the Calaveras County Democratic Central Committee.
In addition to yard signs and campaign materials, information about ballot initiatives, the Affordable Care Act, and other important issues will be available.
“We’re looking for volunteers who are willing to donate a few hours to help in the office or help with other projects,” Romano said.
