8:30 am. Wield a tool, break a sweat, and contribute to on-the-ground efforts. This is the first volunteer trail building day of the year and it coincides with National Trails Day. Folks from eight to eighty-eight are invited; children should have adult supervision. BBQ to follow. Meet at the Calaveras Ranger District Office in Hathaway Pines. Rain cancels.
