It's a seasonal extravaganza, Sourdough's Wild & Wooly Revue, featuring popular Gold Country old time music makers, Sourdough Slim & The Saddle Pals, Faux Renwah, and Robert Armstrong in a once-a-year opportunity to catch all these artists in a show together.

Thrill to the mind-boggling yodeling of the infamous Sourdough Slim. Delight in the harmonious Western melodies of The Saddle Pals. Be amazed by the world champion musical saw and string instrument wizardry of Robert Armstrong.

09:00 AM Garden Planning: Vegetables & Annuals Now & Later Class
Jackson, CA...After the hustle and bustle of the holidays has passed, January is a great time to begin planning and planting parts of your spring vegetable garden. This year why not include a few well, chosen annual flowers to brighten up and add color to your veggie garden. Annuals also attract pollinators that can help your vegetables.

Join the UCCE Master Gardeners of Amador County on January 14, 2017 for their public class, “Garden Planning: Vegetables and Annuals Now and Later”. Topics that will be discussed include appropriate plant and site selection, planting times and techniques for different elevations and microclimates, soil preparation as well as pest management using UC approved IPM (Integrated Pest Management) methods. Hand-outs will be available. The class is free and open to the public. No reservations are required. All classes are held in the GSA building at 12200-B Airport Rd. in Jackson from 9am to Noon.

For questions, call the UCCE Master Gardeners of Amador County at the UC Cooperative Extension Office from 10am to noon, Tuesday through Thursday, 223-6838 or email Website:
