Board of Supervisors to Meet Tuesday Morning at 9am
San Andreas, CA....The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors will be meeting Tuesday morning at 9am for their weekly meeting. There will be discussion and possible action regarding a Minute Order authorizing Board Chair to sign a letter addressed to the US Fish & Wildlife Service seeking exclusion from the critical habitat designation; Juvenile Detention Needs Assessment and give direction to the CAO, County Counsel and the Chief Probation Officer regarding the Local Youthful Offender Rehabilitative Facility Construction Funding Program and partnership with Tuolumne County; Discussion regarding direction to staff regarding including an Economic Development Element into the General Plan Update; A Minute Order to appoint a member of the BOS to serve as a Director on the California State Association of Counties, CSAC, Board along with an alternate appointee for the 09 association; A study Session in the afternoon will take place regarding Mental Health Services Act, MHSA, Workforce Education &Training Proposed Plan for Calaveras County.
