Anybody that grew up in Murphys in the 80s knew Paul. Good dude! Definitely not perfect….. but who is? I miss tubing the creek with him. Devils, Crystal falls, the stumps, the footbridge aka the pipe, deep cut, bombing the spillway out of Utica per house. Skating the Mormon church, the steel curb and brown wall in the Bret Harte center. Smoking under the “old” natives sons hall, watching the natives sons hall burn down.( not are fault) prowling Murphys at night during the crazy biker frog jump weekends. (Fyi all these wine people have no idea how to party) Goodbye old friend. May you be at peace.

I’m shocked and so saddened by this news. Paul was incredibly important to me. It’s been years since I’ve seen him but I think of him often. We had a special bond. He could make me laugh for hours. I’ll never forget our long drives in the countryside in his mom’s VW. All of the concerts we went to together in the 90’s. Watching him skateboard all day. Going fishing together. We were just kids in love. So so sad. Rest in peace, Paul!
