Was this one of many lightening fires from last nites unexpected weather event?

Thousands out of power overnite , fires breaking out near the Stanislas river canyon .

Must not be too “big”, most CDF employees I know carried on with their regular lives, not a CDF pick-up in the driveways was being used today, oh well, when we vote for more “fire fighters for this county, my vote will be “NO”, demand the ones on the payroll go first, oh, I forgot this is their only their 3rd.of 4 days off, why would you expect them to go to work!

There needs to be a complete independent audit of fire services and personnel in this county, I smell a rat burning on these fires! Too many CDF employees staying away when fires start, oh well, the prisoners do most of the work anyway!

9/11 was the event that the news media took the liberty to try an equate firemen to combat soldiers, NEVER, your heroism doesn’t come close, try sleeping on the ground every night, no showers no beds, no Firewood for dinner, not even close!

Remember Gavin Brummond and his family, same goes for Bobby Rapp and his family, they gave it all after9/11, and if I missed others in the 2 county region, forgive me!
