Valley Springs, CA....The Valley Springs Public Utility District will hold their Regular Meeting this Wednesday, September 24th at 6:30pm. They will be discussing a letter from Foothill Fire Protection District Fire Chief in response to VSPUD letter regarding possible sale of Fire House to FFPD. Full agenda is enclosed....
