Murphys, CA....The Angels Murphys Lions Club held a special meeting tonight to honor the Logging Museum in White Pines and the new Sports Complex in Angels Camp as the beneficiaries of their fundraising efforts. The majority of the funds given away tonight were received from the recent 1st Annual Car Show they hosted at the new Bret Harte Sports Complex a couple months back. Presenting the donations tonight was Lions President Paul Turounet. The Logging Museum was represented by John Hofstetter and received a check for $3,000 to benefit the Museum. Tony Tyrell & Theresa Locke were on hand to accept $5,000 for the Bret Hart Sports Complex...
