Trump’s legal team hired an outside firm to carry out a search of Bedminster and Trump Tower to attest there were no stolen documents there.
I didn’t realize criminals could just search themselves and DOJ has to take their word for it.

Pretty obvious what the Trump team is trying to do is avoid further searches by the FBI for those classified materials.
Unfortunately, they themselves found further classified documents, pointing out to the DOJ that there are more out there, only God knows where, Donald doesn't.
Which is a disturbing thought; Donald has classified documents just laying around for about anyone to come across and...? Consider just how many grifters are floating around Mar a Lago with unhealthy interests, Ye and Fuentes for example.
You'd have to think there are more FBI searches of Trump properties coming soon.

A few days ago, Andrea Mitchel was interviewing the head of the NSA many questions were answered unflinchingly , when Mitchel asked about why trump still has not been prosecuted for the theft of top secret documents , she stumbled and did not have a cogent answer. Why?
Why has Biden not purged the many trump appointees in Federal agencies the FBI, CIA, NSA, and elsewhere, when some clearly aided the Jan 6 coup attempt?
Where is Atty Gen Garland ? he seems paralyzed, unable to rid those in his department that still are impeding investigation into trumps traitorous acts such as the theft of secret documents.
Many Agencies have been compromised by trump appointments, and should be fired for their performance easily shown to subvert the agencies function.
Until our government is returned to those with morals, ethics, and allegiance to our Constitution , and the rule of law, we the people are not in control of our government.
