Calaveras Artists will Open their Studios for Public Touring last Saturday of September
Calaveras County, CA....Artists will welcome you into their studios this fall during the Calaveras Artists Open Studio Tour. Presented by the Calaveras County Arts Council, this third annual event will provide a rare opportunity to meet and converse with artists in their workplaces for an up close and personal look at their creative processes, while taking in the beautiful fall landscape of this rural “Gold Country” region.....
During the event on Saturday and Sunday, September 27 and 28, visitors will have a chance to view and enjoy a vast variety of visual expression, including painting, mixed media, sculpture, jewelry, glass, fiber arts, pottery, and many more unique and creative one-of-a-kind works of art. About 40 professional artists are participating.
The studio experiences are made for sharing with family and friends as you wind your way through rural backroads of rolling hills and oaks and pines.
