The Red Flag Laws failed again with this July 4 the shooting. The police two years earlier were called to the house where he lived because he turned violent and threatened to kill, I guess that meant his family members. The price took a knife collection of 19 knifes and from what I understood a sword.
Later on the radio broadcast it was said the father vouched for his son on buying the weapon.

You can sue gun manufacturers, everyone should know that. The same laws applies to car manufacturers if they don't fix a known defect and try to hide it. The same lies with prettymuch everything.
If your gun is defective and there's no recall or they try to hide it, you can and should file a lawsuit. Example: In Calif if you bought a gun that's approved for sale in this state, if you have that gun loaded with one in the chamber, drop it and if that gun fires and hurts someone, causes damage you can sue the manufacturer of that gun and you will win as long as you didn't modify it causing the defect.
You can't sue a gun manufacturer if the gun works like it was made.
Don't be as stupid as our President, even if you are a democrat.

*Anyone who has been classified as a mentally disordered sex offender.

*Anyone who has been convicted of a crime that is punishable by more than one year behind bars.
*Any immigrant who is in the U.S. illegally.
*Anyone who has renounced their status as a U.S. citizen.
*Anyone who is running from the law (a fugitive from justice).
Glad you're not a politician or a DA or a Judge, or a Law Enforcement officer or a Probation Officer.
We put these laws in effect I don't understand why you wouldn't want to enforce them. If you're not going to enforce them why are you complaing that approximately 109 people are killed every single day in the US?

Two illegal immigrants were arrested in a mass shooting plot at the Richmond, Virginia, July Fourth celebration.
"A hero citizen picked up the phone and overheard a conversation there was a mass shooting being planned here in the city of Richmond, Virginia," Richmond Chief of Police Gerald Smith said Wednesday.
Two illegal immigrants, 52-year-old Julio Alvarado-Dubon and 38-year-old Rolman Balacarcel, were arrested and charged with being a non-U.S. citizens in possession of a gun after police uncovered a plot that the duo planned a mass shooting at Richmond's July 4 celebration Monday.
At a press conference Wednesday, Smith said that police investigated Alvarado-Dubon based on a tip to police by someone he would only refer to as a "hero citizen." Police investigated the claims and found Alvarado-Dubon was in possession of two rifles, one handgun, and 223 rounds of ammunition. He was arrested on July 1, while Balacarcel was placed under surveillance and eventually arrested on the same charges on Tuesday
