Nice fire. Thanks for this goes out to our friends and neighbors who still cannot resist their adolescent impulses to light off fireworks in these ridiculously hazardous fire conditions.
Hope those responsible get the bill, and 5 or 10 years in prison.

Might as well forget the bill and just let them double the prison time. It's not like a divorced dem even pays their child support. Only reason I say that is look at Hunter Biden, worth millions and she needed a court order by a judge to make him pay, and still he didn't because he didn't know what to do about those millions from his China deals, paying his daddy the President and back yonder when he was VP because of money laundering. ...and it sure seems to be taking years to do anything on the prosecutions side....conflict of interest it seems, with DOJ and all those FBI people writing books about trump and Russian Collusion that never happened. Oh and Hunter's book, "Beautiful Thing Staying out of jail as the President's kid and drug addict" or whatever it's called. Or his Daughters book "My Dad Raped Me But Only on The Weekends In The Shower"

No longer live in the area but so reminiscent of the sky in 2015 when we watched the Butte Fire cross the river from Amador to Calaveras. Thoughts and prayers for those who live nearby and all first responders.

You're worried about firewood, when there are firework stands on the west side of the county selling safe and sane fireworks.
Fireworks stands= fireworks.
Firewood=firewood.
Guns don't kill people, people do.
Fireworks don't start fires, people do.
Firewood doesn't cause forest fires, people do.
The fact that fireworks are sold in this county is amazing.
Firewood sales? What's the problem with it? I'm spending the ne 4 months cutting, splitting, and stacking my winter supply of firewood. Usually 4-6 cords.
