Has anyone else noticed how bad the beef is?

I can't stand the beef being raised today. The flavor and texture is just awful. I've even tried to find good grass fed, and it is still awful. I'm guessing it is the mixed breed black cows, chosen for ease of the farmer. Like the produce is. I hardly ever eat it anymore because it is disgusting.

Bring back Hereford cattle.
