Copperopolis Town Square to Welcome Renner Winery, Firefall Jewelers and Panini's Italian Grill
Copperopolis, CA... Castle & Cooke, purveyor of high-end resort, residential communities and commercial centers, announces that Renner Winery, Firefall Jewelers and Panini’s Italian Grill have signed tenant leases and are scheduled to open in August, September and October, respectfully. Just two years after breaking ground, Copperopolis Town Square is nearing a major milestone. Copperopolis Town Square is a brand new town with deeply-rooted historical underpinnings. Developed by Castle & Cooke and designed by Rudy Ortega, it is a fresh approach to retail and residential that integrates historical awareness, environmental sensitivity and architectural appreciation into a country town setting. At its core is a neo-traditional urban design philosophy that emphasizes pedestrian-oriented retail and pedestrian-friendly streetscapes that create a socially interactive user experience.
