The fact is most Billions do not pay any taxes. $Billions avoided each year.
The Republicans, the party as always of the wealthy, blocks any efforts to have them pay taxes, rather, they when in power always give tax cuts on top of tax cuts, which many don't even pay any income taxes.
Musk, Bezos, Gates etc are tax welfare queens, begging for tax avoidence schemes if they build in targeted cities.
The distraction is raising taxes, when the Republicans always give tax cuts to those who don't need it.
The Republican tax cuts are the main reason for the federal deficit.
