According to Webster, "any small and insignificant or inaccessible town or village." I love our small towns but there comes a time when one needs to acknowledge science. Or stick to your 1800s thought process and take care of your sick at home instead of running to your local clinic or hospital to save yourself or loved ones when you contract the virus. A real disconnect there when you won't be vaccinated but expect the medical professionals to be there for you as evidenced by the recent Calaveras case of Measles.

F Off! You have no business saying anything about our historic small towns. Nor do you have any business telling others what to do here. Obviously you do not like small towns or country people so get the hell out and off our web sites. The city, and it's city think is the only place for you.

Just so wrong when people are dying in our community from COVID. At least Murphys did the right thing by cancelling Irish Day.

Don't you think its time to live again? We have all been the living dead for two years. Enough, manage your own risks and live. Murphys was idiotic to cancel Grape Stomp.

No, what's idiotic is to invite hundreds of nonlocals into the area to sit(stream, yell, and spray) on one another.
Similar to asking prostitutes with syphilis to share their skills with those at the Hotel.
      Idiotic.

Not unlike the Ironstone Concert last week. What is wrong with these people? I suspect the fact that so many don't have a regular doctor or pediatrician in whom they trust or confide but use clinics and the emergency room when needed might play a role.

700,00 is fake news. Everyone in the last two years has died of COVID. So take that number with a grain of salt. Let’s say its off by about 20% . So that puts the death toll around 560,000. That is still a lot of people. This is not to say COVID isn’t real, which it is, it’s a pandemic.

Our country has a population 330000000. So the death rate is .15 %. With that kind of mortality it’s safe to go out. Especially if you’ve been vaccinated. So even if you have a breakthrough case your gonna have cold like symptoms for a week. And if you’ve had COVID you have natural immunity.

COVID isn’t going away. It’s in the population. We have to live with it. Let’s get on with our lives.

And if you have pre-conditions you need to your own risk assessment.

So stop hating on those who choose not to get vaccinated. It doesn’t change a thing. The only reason it’s a thing because it’s purely political. It’s the left trying to further divide our country. Wake up and look at the facts, not the talking heads on CNN.

    Wait, I'm confused...

Aren't the mouth-breathing, knuckle-dragging, cousin-humpin' conserv-a-tards the ones who are constantly upset about everything during the COVID era being cancelled?

Yet you're here calling the cancellation of grape stomp the result of 'libtards'?

Please do the entire world a favor and give suicide a chance.
