I promise you, local are the one that have no clue how to control a vehicle! Drive one day in the Bay Area and you’ll learn how your vehicle accelerates, stops and changes lanes! Make a left hand turn off Hiway 4 is nothing but a death wish. People sit there stuck on stupid!

But put a newbie snow driver up here from the bay area and all bets are off :) My $100k is invincible. Well at least they create revenue for the tow companies.

You bet, had to be 5' of snow just yesterday.
I do agree with some of the locals being some pretty bad drivers. Especially when we get the first rains. They don't slow down and having bald tires....off the roads they go.
Another tip, wear your seatbelt and chances are you won't be underneath your car if you do have an accident.
Just a few days ago a 17 year old from MiWok was drunk, 19 year old passenger wasn't wearing his seatbelt when the drunk kid crashed and the passenger was killed.
17 yrs old, drunk driving and killed probably his friend. That's some sad chit there. Wondering if he'll be charged as an adult?

Thank you, thank you! Seat belts are a must, we all get relaxed but, buckle up. Our roads are busier than ever, even weekdays now. Let’s all be careful and don’t sit unnecessarily making that left hand turn! Could easily be your last one..

Sounds like some yuppie is still mad that they were speeding and ran it to the back of a car making a left hand turn. Maybe slow down on mountain roads. Not like driving Tesla on a straight freeway.

Unfortunately, there's plenty of bad drivers all over the place.
Urban drivers running stop signs and red light.
Rural drivers driving at unsafe speeds.
Lack of attention being rampant in all places.
