MyMotherlode.com has an article about a homeless camp in Sonora on state property. The spoke person for the homeless was Warren Alford. Warren has about 1000 acres in the Love creek drainage. I purpose we move them on to his ranch. I'm sure that there will be no problems with warming fires on his place.
