This Week on "Chef Chat", Chef James of Ironstone Vineyards Talks "Pizza Dough!"

Murphys, CA.....This week on Chef Chat, Executive Chef James Lehman teaches us how to prepare very easy "Pizza Dough." You can also visit Chef James on his new Blog at The Recipe Cave Blog! Chef Chat Video and Pizza Dough Recipe is enclosed.....

Pizza Dough
By Chef James Lehman
Makes one thin crust pizza
2 Cups AP Flour
1 tsp dry yeast
2 Tbs. Honey
½ Cup Warm Water + 2 Tbs.
pinch of salt
¼ Cup olive oil

Add yeast and water to the bowl of a standing mixer and let sit for about 1 minute. Add rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix on slow till the mixture forms a ball. You might need to put a little more water in if it looks dry and is not coming together. When mixture does come together, remove dough from bowl and knead with your hands for about 5 minutes. After kneading, place back in bowl with a small amount of oil and cover with plastic wrap. The oil will keep the dough from sticking to the bowl after it rises. Let sit in a warm part of the kitchen till it has almost doubled in size. When ready, remove dough from bowl and roll out in a circle @ 16 inches in diameter. Top with pizza topping and bake at 425 degrees until crust is nice and golden brown.
