What the heck? Lebeling Ed 'poopstain' Lanagan a poopstain is a profanity, and gets your post booted? What kind of rag are we running here? Langan has no problem signing on as a Trump Republican. That's the very same group of traitors who violently tried to overthrow the government. In the process many of them defecated in the halls then spread their feces on the walls and floors of our nation's captiol. Republicans own their treason and their disgusting feces spreading. Calling them, and Ed who is proud to call himself a member of their poop spreading cult a 'poopstain' is completely within any norm of editorial comment on this site. Editor...stow the bias.

If you truly understood economics, you'd know it doesn't turnaround that quickly but is a result of decisions made for many years, even administrations prior. Think of a ocean going freighter making a turn - slow and laborious. Trump just happened to be at the helm after Obama spent years undoing W's failed economics. The inflation and higher prices now being experienced are exactly because of Trump decisions not to trade with other countries, hoodwinking many of you into believing it would somehow result in more American jobs.

And American's had those jobs, and American Manufacturing up 30%
Here's some numbers from fact check.org
Not all our great numbers if you go to the site, but these numbers are not because of Obama, these are because of what Trump's policy's did.

Now that Donald Trump has been president for three years, what has changed? Here are some things that can be measured:

            * The economy added 6.7 million jobs, and unemployment fell to the lowest rate in half a century.
            * The economy grew more slowly than Trump promised — at a 2.1% rate most recently.
            * Stock prices hit record levels.
            * Household income grew; poverty decreased, and paychecks grew 2.5% after inflation.
            * Home prices reached record levels; homeownership increased.
            * The number of people lacking health insurance rose by nearly 2 million.
            * Federal deficits soared, adding $2.8 trillion to the national debt

It's a long read, trump boosted about many things as we all know, but he wasn't as great as he wanted to be. One thing on his side, he did it all without help from the Democrats. The democrats had fought against him before he had even won the presidency, and the Dems did some of it illegally, seems the only thing I really noticed for 4 years, the Dems trying somehow with the media, to get rid of trump.

All of them on our immigration at our Southern Border. Trump already had all of our southern border on track. You don't go through two countries and line up at the Mexican American border to stake your claim ( so kamala is now setting those policies back in place, hopefully she won't laugh at them and take her rudeness to heart). You have a wall which stops a minimum 90 percent of illegal crossings ( which stupid is now going Forward and building). You don't catch and release criminals upon your citizens ( DHS wants states and cities to notify ICE of illegals being released from prison so immigration will weigh if the immigrant should stay or go) DHS also wants no city or states to be sanctuary places for criminals to stay. America is not a church, and we do not Defund law and order for US Citizens to be victims from criminals.
You have locks on your doors and windows for a reason, if you think that we don't need security for our Nation, then you don't need them on your residence. If you think differently then I dare you to put your money where your mouth is, let everyone here know your address where you and your family lives. To keep you honest so you don't just give out your neighbors address please put your name down with address. If your that sure we can leave our border wide open, you'll have no problem what so ever with this too.

He needs a good editor or at least proofreader. Multiple grammatical errors including - just like Trump - capitalizing common nouns. And addressing the board of supervisors as beloved? What an odd turn of phrase, hardly a business letter and anything but respectful from a group who professes to have the greater good in mind.

Every man, woman and child in the United States currently owes $84,099 for their share of the U.S. public debt.
It's said we California's tax payers owe the state about $21,000, but that doesn't include the massive pension plans in the figure. If that's added in, the CA tax payers would have to come up with $100,000 dollars a piece to pay our Blue states bill.
Nothing like spending and not having a budget.
I think I'm gonna have a 🍺, yes, at home, see I'm on a budget.
By the way, next time I'm voting I'm planning on reading more closely to the business person on the ticket. In other words, FUK THE POLITICIAN

Seriously? Do you understand inflation? A loaf of bread used to cost 10 cents. Now it's around $5. People used to make $10 per day and now they make at least $15 per hour.

The household debt obligations you reference will eliminate themselves over time due to inflation as long as the debt increases less than inflation (which is the only measure that matters). Inflation is not a problem as long as the dollar stays strong against other nations... just like the old saying: you don't have to outrun the bear - you only have to outrun the guy next to you.

Did anyone else notice that a small amount of the public was allowed at board meetings during the pandemic but now ALL members of the public are prohibited from attending? Sounds like the supervisors don't want their constituents speaking during a meeting. Probably a decision by "power hungry" Merita and "temper tantrum" Jack.

So, if the republicans in calaveras county have a problem SUE the county and take it to court! File a n injunction and stop the process. Secondly, when speaking of pensions look at it specifically! Local government, teachers, state employees. You will find that teachers and local government contracts are the bulk of the abuse! When looking at state employees break down safety members VS non safety members. Put the red dot on the problem, a broad brush isn’t accurate.

Testing and Distribution locally is inadvisable. Testing is best done out of the county where the chance of influencing results is much less. Locally sourced Distribution is just a lie. How can a grower effectively participate in the Chain-of-Custody assurance if the grower sources, then also transports? Do we care if Calaveras Cannabis is professional and ethical or are back-hall deals best?

It's no good to add a transportation and testing model to commercial cannabis here because it strains the ethical boundaries and unnecessarily endangers the end user. It's the fox watching the chickens and cannot be done even adequately, much less properly. Bad idea.
