Description: Supervised by the Principal, the Student Body/Athletic Secretary will perform specialized clerical and financial record keeping skills, including bookkeeping procedures to maintain the Student Body Accounts as well as collateral responsibilities related to Transportation Fees and responsibilities associated with the Athletic Program. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma with additional training and/or experience in the job market. Knowledge of computer programs and operation of same. Familiarity with the operation of a busy office.
Experience: Should include at least two years of any combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates an ability to perform duties of the position such as:
• Experience as a full-charge bookkeeper
• Completion of formal education in bookkeeping or a closely related field supplemented by financial record keeping and clerical work experience.
