City of Angels City Council Meeting Agenda Tuesday, January 12, 2021
Angels Camp, CA... This meeting will be held in accordance with executive order N-29-20, issued by California Governor Gavin Newsom on March 17, 2020, The Ralph M. Brown Act (California Government Code Section 54950, ET SEQ.), and The Federal Americans With Disabilities Act.
The City of Angels herby provides notice that as a result of the declared federal, state, and local health emergencies, and in light of the Governor's order, THIS MEETING WILL NOT BE PHYSICALLY OPEN TO THEPUBLIC. You may observe the meeting and address the Council via email or telephonically as dictated below. Consistent with the Executive Order, Councilmembers may elect to attend the meeting telephonically and to participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were physically present.
As a result of the declared federal, state, and local health emergencies, and in light of the Governor's order, this Board of Supervisors meeting will be live-streamed and closed to in-person attendance. You may observe the meeting and address the Board via email or telephonically, as dictated below.
Consistent with the Executive Order, Board members may elect to attend the meeting telephonically and to participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were physically present.
Based on guidance from the California Governor's Office and Department of Public Health, as well as the County Health Officer, in order to minimize the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, please do the following:

Alternatively, you can make a public comment by e-mailing the Clerk of the Board, bosclerk(5)co.calaveras.ca.us no later than 4:00 pm on the day before the Board meeting. Please clearly indicate which agenda item number your comment pertains to, or if it is a general public comment. Comments are limited to 300 words or fewer. Written comments will be
included in the meeting minutes, and will be forwarded to the Board prior to the meeting.
In Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the Clerk to the Board of Supervisors at 209/754- 6370 at least 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. Notification in advance will allow reasonable
