A Bit of Wisdom From Victor Frankl

“A man who becomes conscious of the responsibility he bears toward a human being who affectionately waits for him, or to an unfinished work, will never be able to throw away his life. He knows the "why" for his existence, and will be able to bear almost any "how".” ― Victor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning

It looks more like a runaway sentence to me.

Mr Blake is responsible for what happened to him, no one else
Posted on: 2020-10-07 11:37:18   By: Anonymous

I was curious on how Mr Blake was doing after being shot by police. If you've forgotten who he is, he was the black gentleman shot by police in the back in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Now after reading more than a few articles about Mr Blake and his violent past, calling him a gentleman is an extremely bad choice of words. Not only that but it seems the police who shot him will NOT be found guilty of any wrong doing. If you haven't read exactly what happened, blame the Media, I really do believe the Media tries to egg on violence in our country, by trying to make it Trump's fault. Problem is most of the time this type of thing keeps happening in democrat run cities and states who hire their police in mostly democrat majority populations. I guess the media figures everyone is as easily fooled as a democrat, like all those idiots rioting, looting, destroying property in those big cities, then posting pictures of themselves on social media and getting arrested. You can't fix stupid, but you sure can laugh at it.

Here is what the national media will NOT tell you.

Jacob Blake, the man shot by police in Kenosha, Wisc., has a long history of violent crimes, domestic violence, assaulting officers and resisting arrest.

There had also been a warrant for Blake’s arrest issued on 7/7/2020 (see below) for misdemeanor criminal trespass to a dwelling with domestic abuse as a modifier; felony third-degree sexual assault with domestic abuse as a modifier; and misdemeanor disorderly conduct with domestic abuse as a modifier.

He also has numerous past charges for gun crimes, police assault, domestic abuse and even a sex crime. One arrest from Racine County Eye is detailed below where he resisted officers:

Here is the full text of the report:

Racine police say K9 Dozer had to help officers take a man into custody when the man refused to go quietly into custody after he pulled a gun at a local bar.

Jacob Blake, 24, of Racine, was charged Monday in Racine County Circuit Court with one felony count of resisting arrest, causing a soft tissue injury to a police officer, and one misdeameanor count each of carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, endangering safety-use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he will face up to 8-1/2 years in prison and/or up to $50,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint, Blake and two women were at the Brass Monkey Tavern, 1436 Junction Avenue, Saturday, when Blake got into an argument with another patron and pulled a black handgun. Glake pointed the gun at another man, and the magazine fell to the floor. the bartender told Blake to leave, and he did but then pointed the gun through the window at patrons inside the bar before walking South on Junction Avenue.

So last night in Kenosha the police were called about a domestic violence situation and arrived to find Jacob Blake — who had an outstanding arrest warrant for domestic violence — who was ignoring commands from the police and attempting to leave with young kids in the car.

As he reached into his car, he was shot seven times (see video below). Were the police trying to protect Jacob Blake’s victim and the children from a known serial domestic abuser and violent felon? Don’t those black lives matter too?

How many times have we seen perps gets guns from cars and shoot police? Many times, sadly some of those with fatal results to officers.

Like this 2018 incident, in which a man escapes a Taser restraint (as did Blake), goes to his car to get his gun and shoots officers (see 0:40 mark):

Those officers showed almost unbelievable restraint in not using lethal force — and paid the price for it.

Now another look at what happened last night — at least from the single angle, far away shot we are able to see — when police attempted to arrest Jacob Blake.

The video below shows Jacob walking away from the police. The police officer walking behind him has his gun drawn. It’s not clear what the police are saying to him, but Blake keeps walking away and proceeds to open the driver’s side of a vehicle and reach inside. The police officer behind him pulls on his t-shirt, as he tries to stop him from entering the vehicle, but he continues to move inside the vehicle, leaning down as though he’s grabbing at something. The police officer then appears to open fire on the suspect.

Sustenance Books as advertised in the right business thread no longer exists, as is the case with Ambience and others. This so-called advertising needs to be updated with current owners and business names which has changed so very much in the last year.
